fact
Netscape 6.X

symptom
Graphs do not display properly when using a Netscape browser.

cause
The Netscape cache preference is set to compare pages every time a page is viewed.

fix

Due to a difference in the way Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers work, Netscape users must set the preferences to automatically compare the cached page to the page on the network.

Use the following steps to set these preferences:

  1. Open Netscape.

  2. Click Edit, and then click Preferences.

  3. Click Advanced, and then click Cache.

  4. Click Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network.

  5. Click OK.
