News Items are not showing up on the User Site after they have been created in VigilEnt Policy Center.

cause
The language the news item was written in is different than the language it was published in.

cause
The news item is not active or the 'show news item' box is not selected.

fix

To resolve this issue verify the following:

• Ensure the authoring and publishing languages of the News Item are the same.
  
• Verify the News Item is active by ensuring the Hide/Show button is selected.
  
  Or
  
• Within 'Edit', select the show news item check box.
