To print DOC files using Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

1. Click the DOC file to view. If you are in the Administration Site, click View. The item is displayed in the Document Viewer or Document Reader window.

2. Click CTRL+A. All text within the view area is selected.

3. Right-click, and then click Copy. The selected information is copied.

4. Open a new document in Microsoft Word.

5. Right-click in the new document, and then click Paste. The copied information is added to the new document.

6. Click File | Print. The Print dialog box is displayed.

7. Select printing preferences, then click Print.   The DOC file is printed.
