To print DOC files using the Document Reader or Document Viewer window, follow these steps:

  1. Click the DOC file that you want to view. If you are in the Administration Site, click  View. The item is displayed in the Document Viewer or Document Reader window.

  2. Click CTRL+P. The Print dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the printing preferences, and then click Print.

  4. The DOC file is printed.
