Copy the sqlaudv3.key license file received from your distributor into the directory in which VigilEnt Audit Manager was installed. 

By default, the VigilEnt Audit Manager for Oracle is installed in the following directory (the license key should be copied here):

C:\Program Files\Pentasafe\VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle
