fix
The following information is needed when making a license key request:
- A written request (e-mail) notifying the sales account manager of the pending database instance upgrade.
- The old and new instance names.
- The "named user" count or limit that is currently licensed.
The account manager will provide a letter stating the old license keys should be destroyed. This letter must be signed by the customer to affirm that the keys will be destroyed. The letter must then be returned to NetIQ.
note
All permanent license keys must be issued by a NetIQ account manager.
