Directory and Resource Reporting does not display last logon statistics for users

symptom
The Last Logon column in the Last Logon by Account report does not display any data for the user accounts listed.

symptom
The Statistics tab of a user account's properties indicates correctly the last time the user logged on to the domain.

cause
This issue can occur when the Assistant Admin changes the number in the Enter minimum number of days since last logon: field to a higher value in Directory and Resource Reporting.  This field is a filter that sets the minimum number of days since the last time a user logged on to determine whether to include that user in the report.

fix
To make sure all user accounts and their respective last logon information are included, set the minimum number of days to zero (0).
