How do I configure an AppManager user for Windows authentication?

To configure an AppManager user for Windows authentication:

1. Launch the SQL Server Enterprise Manager.
2. Expand to Security.
3. Right-click on Logins, then select New Login.
4. Enter the user's login id.
5. Click on Windows Authentication.
6. Add the domain the user is a member.
7. Change the database from master to QDB.
8. In the Database Access tab, add QDB and tempdb.
9. Click OK.
10. Launch the AppManager Security Manager  Note: If it was already opened, close it  then open it again for the addition to be updated.
11. Right-click on AppManager Users and select User Setup.
12. Locate the new user in the left section of the window.
13. Select the user, then click the Add button to move the user to the right section of the window.
