You can only use the Common Name or the display name, not the Login ID. This will be changed in VSM 4.1 to use the LOGIN ID.  It will properly map to SAMAccountName. The Common Name or the display name cannot contain commas. There is currently a limit of 15 characters including spaces for the Common Name.
