symptom
[7171]E21088: Failed to open printer PRINTERNAME, rc=5 Access is denied.

cause
The Account being used for Domain Migration Administrator is not a member of the local administrators group on the source Print server and the Administrators group does not have access to the Printer.

fix

To resolve this issue, please refer to the following:

1. Make sure the account logged in to the DMA console has local administrator rights on the source Print server.
2. Make sure the local Administrators group has rights to the Printer on the source Print server.
