symptom
An Error occurs when running the Remote Diagnostics on a Windows 2003 machine.

fix
NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) 3.0 has not been fully tested against Windows 2003 and thus, running Remote Diagnostic on a Windows 2003 machine, is not supported.  GPA 4.x has been tested and certified for 2003.  To resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest version of NetIQ Group Policy Administrator.
