symptom
Icons do not display in VigilEnt Security Operations Center.

cause
There is a checkbox in Internet Options for Show Pictures. If this is unchecked, the icons in VSOC will not show up.

fix

To resolve refer to the following steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Click the Advanced tab
  5. Select the Show Pictures checkbox.
  6. Click OK to save & close the application.
