Discovery_Oracle Knowledge Script fails with error: Unable to get Server properties using database -llOraHome81@NOMAD, SQLSTATE=S1000, native error=1092, msg='[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection

Users will need to look through their Oracle alert logs for additional information and other errors to help understand what the issue is with the Oracle server and possible contact Oracle's Technical Support specialists.

 

This error message is a generic error message generated by Oracle. Unfortunately there is no clear cause/answer to this issue as the issues can range from being a permissions issue when writing to the Oracle alert logs to an improper database configuration.
