An error is generated in Profile and Password Management when attempting to recall a profile form Archive.

symptom
The following errors: "The call to *LIBL/QSYGETPH ended in error"  and  "Cause . . . . . :   RPG procedure ZPRP27 in program PSSECURE/ZPRP27 at statement 446 called program or procedure *LIBL/QSYGETPH, which ended in error" are returned when attempting to recall a profile from Archive.

cause
User Profile PSOBJOWNS was disabled, which in turn, disallows the Recall from Archive function.

fix

Check the status of User Profile PSOBJOWNS.  

From a Command Line type CommandDPSUSRPRF PSOBJOWNS and press Enter. 

Verify that the following fields are populated as noted:

• The 'User Password' should be *NONE
  
• The 'Status' must be *ENABLED
  
• The 'Set password to expired' value must be *NO

Use the CHGUSRPRF command to change any values not set as noted above.
