Error: 'License cannot be verified' when attempting to run the GPO (Group Policy Object) Summary Report in Group Policy Administrator (GPA).



symptom
Unable to run GPO summary reports.

cause
This error message is a result of the user account running the GPO (Group Policy Object) Summary Report not having the 'Access this computer from the network' user right defined in the Default Domain Controller Policy. 

fix
The user running the GPO (Group Policy Object) Summary Report must be granted the Access this computer from the network user right in the Default Domain Controller Policy.  Granting this right enables the user to enumerate all users in the domain for license verification purpose.
