Error: "Page cannot be displayed" when trying to launch the VSOC Web Center Page.

cause
This error will result when an incorrect port number is used. 

fix

Please refer to the following rules when launching the VSOC browser:

- Use http://localhost:8088/VWC if you are NOT using secure sockets.

- Use http://localhost:8443/VWC if you ARE using secure sockets.

(Replacing localhost with the name of the server on which Web Center is running).
