Error: "A data access error occurred error code 3092 error source Microsoft OLE DB provider for ODBC Driver. Error information [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column"table" column does not allow nulls.Insert fails."

cause
This is a known issue in VigilEnt Security Manager 4.0. 

fix

This is resolved by downloading and installing VigilEnt Security Manager 4.0.3 Patch 2. The VigilEnt Security Manager patch may be downloaded from the Support section of NetIQ.com.
