Only a partial list of Assistant Admins are displayed on the Assistant Admin tab when selecting the any of the reports listed under 'History of Usage'.
Selecting the 'Change Activity Detail by Assistant Admins' report does not show a list of all Assistant Admins.
Not all Assistant Admins are listed on the Assistant Admin tab when selecting the 'Change Activity Detail by Assistant Admin' report under History of Usage in the Reporting tool.
This is by design.
The names of Assistant Admins listed on the Assistant Admin tab, when selecting any reports listed under the History of Usage, is populated from the information gathered from the Application Event Logs during the Import. Only those Assistant Admins names who used Directory and Resource Administrator to perform certain operations are displayed in this tab. The list of users displayed is from the time when the Import was run. Any operations performed by Assistant Admins after the Import process was completed will not be displayed in the Reporting tool until the next Import process is run.
Under the following situations, certain Assistant Admins may not be listed on the Assistant Admin tab:
- If the Assistant Admin did not use Directory and Resource Administrator to perform any tasks.
- If the Assistant Admin used DRA to perform certain tasks but the Application Event log has been overwritten and does not include the event detailing the operation.
- If the Assistant Admin used DRA to perform a task after the Import process was completed.
- If you selected the Delete and replace with new historical data option, which basically deletes any previously gathered information and replaces it with new information gathered from the Application Event Logs. Thus, if the Application log no longer includes the event that information will not be available in the Reporting tool.
