CPF37A7 error message refers to System Value QFRCCVNRST and value for FRCOBJCVN.
cause
This issue has occurs for those using IBM OS V5R2, where System Value QFRCCVNRST now has a new possible value of "2", which is the value that has been chosen.
fix
Use the CHGSYSVAL command to change the value back to "0" (zero) or "1" to accomplish application of 1X03080. Contact IBM to determine if they have further input for the issue.
