No, the ability to clone a group is currently not available in the Directory and Resource Administrator Web Console.  You can, however, clone a Group using the Directory and Resource Administrator MMC in DRA 6.6 or using the Delegation & Configuration Console or the Account and Resource Management console in DRA 7.0 and later.

The next release of DRA (version 8.0) will have this functionality.
