Error stating that endpoints have already been added.

symptom
Error is received after removing the Endpoint from the Endpoints node. 

cause
The machine was still present within the Systems node.

fix

To resolve this error remove the system from within the 'Systems' node.

To remove the system from the Systems node:

1. Locate the system to be removed.

2. Right-click and select Delete.
