fix

When editing a Group Policy Object in NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA), the product launches the Microsoft Group Policy Editor so any changes made using the Group Policy Editor are made on a domain controller and is then replicated to all domain controllers based on the replication cycle defined in Active Directory.

Changes made to the Group Policy Objects (GPOs) that are checked into the Repository allows an Administrator to edit the policy offline and then check it back into Active Directory.  When a policy is checked back into Active Directory, GPA will make the changes on the domain controller and Active Directory replication cycle is then responsible for replicating the changes to all DCs.
