As of VigilEnt Policy Center (VPC) 3.0  the status of a policy in review is found in the Compliance area of the Administration Site. To locate the status of a policy refer to the following steps below:

  1. Login to the Administration Site.
  2. Click Compliance | Policy Reports | Review.
    or
    Click Compliance | Quiz Reports | Review.
  3. Locate the Report icon ( this replaced the Status icon in previous versions) and select the policy or quiz for reporting.
  4. Click the Report icon. The report will run in the background allowing the you to continue working.
  5. Click Compliance | View Reports.  The report will be listed in one of the following categories:
    • Policy Report - Review Summary
    • Quiz Report - Review Summary
  6. Select the name of the report you wish to check the status for.

Prior versions of VigilEnt Policy Center had a Status icon which gave a report of who had and had not reviewed a policy in Review.  This icon was located in the following:

  • Policy Center | View/Edit | Review
    Or
  • Education | View/Edit | Review
