Dialog Box: 'The 'VigilEnt Users and Roles' application is available.  Do you want to load it now?'

Dialog Box: 'The 'Unix Remote Installer' is available.  Do you want to load it now?'

cause
These messages only appear the first time the administrator logs into the VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) GUI.
