Currently, Exchange Migrator does not allow you to create a subset of objects to synchronize within a project. You can, however, use the project structure that is already available within Exchange Migrator to accomplish the same result. You can name a project for each business unit or department etc., and synchronize just those projects either through the GUI or the EMCLI MSync process.
