symptom
The SID History option is greyed out even though I have added the appropriate registry key, local group, and turned on auditing on the source PDC.
symptom
The project was created when the target domain was in Mixed mode. The target domain was changed to Native mode but the SID History option does not become active.
cause
Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) is not recognizing that the target domain is in Native mode. DMA does not refresh the setting that determines the type of migration that will be performed once changes are made in the source or target. At this time, this only applies to SID History.
fix
To resolve this issue, create a new project after the target domain is switched to Native mode.
