Error: 'mcsStatus::StatusMSG::FormatMessage failed - unable to format message - Error (317) DLL=C:\Program files\netiq\dra\mcsadminmsgenu.dll, msgid=0x80044f4'

cause
This error message is caused by the Assistant Admin using the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.5 client with a DRA 6.6 server.  The error message code '0x80044f4' resolves to a message that is specific to DRA 6.6 which is not included in the MCSAdminMsgEnu.dll for DRA 6.5.

fix
Update the client MMC version to the same version as the DRA server.
