When utilizing the Repository functionality, a share is created on local workstation machines called 'Local_GPO's' which shares out C:\Program Files\NetIQ\GPA\bin\Local GPOs.  This share point is used when performing Checkin, Checkout, and Export operations from the Repository.  The purpose of this share is that it simulates the Sysvol portion of GPO's.
