VigilEnt Database Security Manager for Sybase lets you filter records by a single or by multiple criteria. Multiple conditions in a single filter column are connected with the OR logical connective. Conditions across multiple columns are connected with the ADD logical connective.
- Open a report.
- Click the Filters icon, or select Filters from the View menu, or right-click anywhere in the report and select Filters. The Select Filters dialog box appears.
- Select the column you want to filter from the Filter Columns list.
- Type the value you want to filter in the Expression text box. The operator buttons are enabled.
- Click an operator button to complete the expression. The expression appears in the Filter Selections list.
- Click Close. The Select Filters dialog box closes and your filter criteria is applied to the report.
