The Select Object Library for Refresh/Update screen provides functions that let you refresh or update a selected object library. The Select Object Library for Refresh/Update screen is accessed from the VigilEnt Security Agent for WorldSoftware screen by typing selection option 20 (BldPgmXRef) and pressing Enter.

The Select Object Library for Refresh/Update screen includes the following selection options, fields, and function keys:

Selection Options
The following selection options are available on this screen:

  • 21=Refresh - Replaces the contents of the Program Cross-Reference File.
  • 22=Update - Updates the contents of the Program Cross-Reference File based on the creation date.

Column
Type the number of the column that you want to sort. The data is displayed in ascending or descending order, depending on the requirements of the application.

Sort Criteria (1)
To locate an object library, type the name or name pattern of the object library and press Enter. After you press Enter, the object library is displayed at the top of the column. The other object libraries are listed below in ascending order.

Opt
To issue a selection option, type the number of the option and press Enter.

Object Library
The object library that you select to administer security.

Time Upd/Rfrs
The last date (YY/MM/DD format) when the Program Cross-Reference File was updated or refreshed.

Function Keys
The following function keys are available on this screen:

  • F1=Help - Displays Help for the field where the cursor is positioned. If the cursor is not positioned in a field, Help is displayed for the entire screen.
  • F3=Exit - Exits the current application or display.
