Error: 'account cn=lastname/, first not found on source domain "Domain". rc=-2147016656'.
symptom
Users appear in the Migrations wizard with a red X in the icon, after importing Windows 2000 source users to a project with a .csv.
symptom
User account is not found in the source domain.
cause
The issue can occur when the source accounts have just recently been created on one domain controller, and have not yet replicated to the other domain controllers in the source domain.
fix
Allow the user accounts to replicate to all domain controllers in the source domain, then perform the migration.
