To obtain the current version of the Client Resource Monitor you should use the "Troubleshooter" to directly query each computer in the console:
- In the AppManager Operator Console, select "Master" at the highest level of the Tree View Pane.
- Right-click "Master" and select "Troubleshooter" | "Client Resource Monitor Info" | "Connectivity". The resulting output will show the current version of NetIQ AppManager Client Resource Monitor service running on all computers in the Console.
- This output can be saved to a file by choosing "Information" | "Export".
- Compare the version to the netiqmc.exe & netiqccm.exe in the latest AppManager Agent Readme to find out if the latest version has been installed.
In AppManager 7.0.x if control center is used you can view the software inventory to view the current reported agent version.
