Domain Migration Administrator 7.x
symptom
Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied. RC= 1351 in trust migration wizard.
cause
The account logged on to the Domain Migration Administrator console does not have the correct credentials.
fix
Verify that the account logged in at the DMA console has permissions to the source domain and the domains to be trusted. Please refer to the following knowledge base article for the recommended practice for logon permissions: https://www.netiq.com/kb/esupport/consumer/esupport.asp?id=NETIQKB8331
