Situation

How do I check-out an AppManager Knowledge Script with the Developer's Console?

Resolution

  1. Start the Operator Console by clicking Start|Programs|NetIQ|Operator Console.
  2. From the KS menu, click Check Out Knowledge Script.
  3. Select a location to save the Knowledge Script. The AppManager Knowledge Scripts are located in the %NetIQ\AppManager\qdb\kp folder.
  4. Click OK.
