The browser is caching bad information.

fix
Use the following steps to set the correct option in the Web browser:

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools | Internet Options.
3. Click Settings, and then verify that the "Every visit to the page" option is selected.
4. Click OK, and then click OK again.

If you are using Netscape Navigator:

1. Open Netscape Navigator.
2. Click Edit | Preferences.
3. Click either Once per session or Never.
4. Click OK.
