The application log on the migrated computer contains:

cause

This issue is caused because the local domain controller at the site of the computer is not replicating properly, and thus does not have any of the new migrated account information that has been written to another domain controller.

fix
To resolve this error, force Active Directory replication to enable a domain controller, local to the migrated workstation, to recognize the computer account.
