fix

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) was written using the standard Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4 APIs to facilitate management of the local SAMs on member servers.  If a NetApp appliance responds to API calls in exactly the same ways that a Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4 server does, then it is expected that DRA could be used to manage the local virtual SAM on a NetApp appliance.  However, this has not been tested at NetIQ, and it is therefore an unsupported configuration.

Beginning in DRA 6.5, the creation of home directories is now supported on NetApp filer.  For more information on this see the following Knowledge Base article:

Does Directory and Resource Administrator support the creation of home directories on a NetApp filer?

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
