cause

This issue can be caused by either of the following:

• When trying to perform an install of a lower version of DRA/FSA and a higher version of DRA/FSA is already installed on the machine.
• This error can also occur if DRA/FSA is already installed and you try to install again with the same version and select the Upgrade button. 

fix
The issue can be resolved by starting the setup.exe of the version that is currently installed on the machine, select Add/Remove and select the desired components to install.
