fix
User Accounts from any managed or trusted Windows NT 4 SAM or Windows 2000 AD domain can be configured as an Assistant Admin.  Local accounts on member servers (NT or Win2k) can be configured as Assistant Admins only if the local SAM is being managed by Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA).  These user accounts can be delegated permissions in DRA to perform tasks over objects in domains managed by DRA.

note
To be able to configure an user account from a trusted domain as an Assistant Admin, DRA must be able to successfully perform a cache refresh for that trusted domain.
