How do I import various properties of users from Active directory into a spreadsheet, make changes and then push the changes back out to Active Directory?

A sample Excel application is available under the ADSI and CLI scripts section of the Knowledge Depot called UpdateWin2k.xls. This Excel application allows the retrieval of properties of various classes (computer, contact, group, Organizational Unit, and user) from Active Directory and then the ability to update multiple properties to Active Directory from a spreadsheet. When performing a retrieveal of user properties, the data worksheet will populate with objects from the Recycle Bin. Your must delete any row that contains an object from the recycle bin when performing an update or it will fail. In addition, the update operation will fail if this is run via a terminal session.
