fix

There is a group membership limitation of 5.000 members in the native Windows 2000 environment.

Directory and Resource Administrator honors this practice by including a policy named "$GroupSizePolicy".  This policy is enabled by default and is set to the limit of 5,000 for a group membership. NT4 domains did not have this 5,000 limit on groups. Because Directory & Resource Administrator can manage both NT4 and W2k domains, this policy can be disabled to allow management of larger group sizes (for support of NT4).
