When delegating the power Profile Properties - modify a user account, an Assistant Admin has the ability to change all the properties of the profile tab such as logon script, profile path, home directory, etc.  Starting in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.5, you now have the ability to create custom powers over individual properties.
