With Exchange Support enabled, you can enforce that a user not be created without a mailbox by the following in Directory and Resource Administrator 6.x:
- Launch the MMC interface while logged on as an Assistant Admin with, at minimum, Built-in Policy Role.
- Expand the Policy and automation management node.
- Select Exchange policy.
- Click Mailbox Rules.
- Select Do not allow Assistant Admins to create a user account without a mailbox in the Creating user accounts section.
- Click OK.
With Exchange Support enabled, you can enforce that a user not be created without a mailbox by the following in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.x
- Launch the Delegation and Configuration Console while logged in as a DRA Admin
- Hightlight the Policy and Automation Management node.
- Select the link Configure Exchange Policies...
- Select the Mailbox rules tab in the Exchange policies dialog window.
- Select Do not allow Assistant Admins to create a user account without a mailbox in the Creating user accounts section and click Apply and OK
