The report called ActiveView Assistant Admin Details provides this information.  The ActiveView Assistant Admin Details report provides the following:  

• Activeview: The name of the ActiveView.
  
• AssistantAdmin:  The Assistant Admin delegated to the ActiveView.
  
• Admin Class:  Describes the class of the object that is defined as an Assistant Admin. (User, Group, Assistant Admin Group)
  
• Type:  Defines the type of permissions that are delegated to the Assistant Admin as either a power or role.
  
• Role/Power: The name of the role or power delegated to the Assistant Admin.
