No agents are listed in the 'Show agents' dialog box, however the agents are listed in the application log.
The command line utility, EAAgentUtil.exe, allows the status of the agent to be checked on the domain controllers. The agents are present and respond.
The issue is due to the browser service configuration. Likely causes are:
- The Computer Browser service has been disabled on the DRA server.
- The domain controllers have been hidden from the browser service.
- The Browser service has been disabled in the environment.
The show agent dialog requires the browser service in order to determine if the DC's are online or not. To resolve this problem correct the browser service issue above, followed by a Full Account Cache refresh (incremental will not pick up the change).
