Workaround:

  1. Close DMA.
  2. Make a backup of the projectname.mdb file which is located on the DMA console in the \Program Files\NetIQ\DMA\Projects\Projectname folder.
  3. Open the projectname.mdb in Microsoft Access 2000.
  4. In the 'PropList' table, select the Include checkbox for the CN.
  5. Close Microsoft Access.
  6. Open DMA.
  7. Import the data for data modeling in that project, selecting the option to Discard modeling changes.

You are now able to edit CN for users in data modeling.
