Error: Not able to log into SQL during install
cause
This is due to a problem with the TMP variable in the profile path. When this error occurs there is usually a period (.) in the path which causes a problem for the command line.
fix
Change the TMP variable,for the logged in user, to a directory path that will not have a period. (i.e. C:\Temp)
