Scheduled imports through a batch file appear to hang after the job kicks off.

The Directory and Resource Administrator Reporting tool uses Microsoft Access databases to store all imported information.   The cause of this issue stems from known issues with attempting to automate Microsoft Access.  Microsoft does not recommend nor support Automation to a Microsoft Office application from an unattended user account, however there are several Microsoft Knowledge Base articles that outline different workarounds for the above issue.
