The custom reports for DRA reporting are available under the Customer Reports section of the Knowledge Depot at
https://www.netiq.com/support/dra/extended/knowledgedepot/default.asp

This customized version of the Reporting Tool contains the following custom reports:

User Account Reports

  • User Accounts that Expire within a Week  (This report will be included in DRA 6.60)
  • Last Logon and Authenticating DC  (This report will be included in DRA 6.60)
  • Specific User and Group Membership  (Currently being considered for a future release of DRA)

Group Reports

  • Specific Group and membership  (Currently being considered for a future release of DRA)

Exchange Reports

  • User Mailboxes per mailbox store  (Currently being considered for a future release of DRA)

ActiveView Reports

  • Role and Power Details - Lists all the powers of each built-in role  (This report will be included in DRA 6.60)

Resource Reports

  • Computer Details - Lists the computer name, operating system, service pack, description and available flag   (Currently being considered for a future release of DRA)
  • Specific Computer and Group membership  (Currently being considered for a future release of DRA)

To install the customized version of DRA Reporting which includes the above reports, perform the following steps below:

  1. Delete the database files oarept.mdb, OaRept_Data.mdb and oarept-draservername.mdb out of the DRA Reporting directory.  By default, these files are located in c:\program files\netiq\dra\reporting.
  2. Unzip the two database files included in the zip archive into the DRA Reporting directory.
  3. Launch DRA Reporting logged in as an account with minimum Built-in Reporting and perform a new import.

Once the import completes, verify that the new custom reports are available in the list of reports.
