Data was not migrated for public folders, however the hierarchy was.

cause

There are a couple of possible causes for this issue:

1. Missing or invalid Exchange DLLs.
2. The option Migrate mailboxes and public folders without data is selected in the Migration Options wizard.

fix

There are a couple of possible solutions to this issue.

1. Make sure you have the correct Exchange DLLs on the Exchange Migrator console.

2. Deselect the Migrate mailboxes and public folders without data checkbox.
